AFCON Qualification Odds

AFCON qualifying decides who reaches the Africa Cup of Nations. The lowest-ranked CAF members play a two-legged preliminary round first, then the rest are drawn into groups of four that play home and away, with the top two in each group going through to the finals. The matches are spread across several FIFA international windows, so a group runs over several months.

The Africa Cup of Nations itself was first played in 1957, when three teams contested it in Sudan. Bafana Bafana won it at their first attempt, as hosts in 1996.
